Wildkind interiors supported me with an unparalleled service leading up to, and during the fit out of my Hmo.  Louise is a pleasure to deal with and timely in her communications throughout from start to finish. Wild kind interiors were tasked with helping me sell a property in Hampshire.  The Estate Agent told me I didn't need to furnish the property to sell it but my instincts told me this was not the best advise. I went ahead anyway. Its worth mentioning that Wildkind travelled from Yorkshire to Hampshire to deliver fabulous furniture. This went off without a hitch.  The result? 8 viewings in week 1. An offer ( accepted) for £5k below the asking price of £375k . A motivated buyer completed in 6 weeks. A happy customer ? Damn right. Professional and slick. I approached Louise to assist with our apartment sale which had stalled.  She was excellent in her approach to helping us and her enthusiasm and knowledge convinced me to use her company to stage our home which had been empty for over one year.  We had a Zoom meeting and I was convinced then that she was the one to use.  Louise staged our home beautifully and I can highly recommend her for your staging needs. From the outset she was particularly sensitive to the Victorian character of the building, making sure the scheme respected the original features while still delivering a fresh, high-end finish. What really impressed us was how commercially minded her approach was — every decision was geared towards maximising GDV and supporting our serviced accommodation (SA) / premium rental exit strategies. The result is a cohesive “boutique” feel that photographs brilliantly, feels premium in person, and appeals to the right tenant/guest demographic. We were unsure whether we needed to stage our house before putting it on the market. Our estate agents suggested speaking to Louise to talk through the options. I was on the fence about whether staging would really make enough of a difference to justify the cost, but we decided to go ahead and I’m so glad we did. Louise staged the house beautifully. The quality and attention to detail she put into dressing each room was excellent, and she was so easy to work with throughout the process.
