As the year draws to a close, I can’t help but reflect on some of the incredible projects I’ve been lucky enough to work on. Here are five stand-out client stories from 2024—each one a testament to the power of great design and teamwork!
1. Samantha & David: From Staging to the Small Screen
Samantha and David launched their Liverpool-based Serviced Accommodation on Airbnb this year, and their second booking? A TV film crew! Not only did they stay the night—they wanted to film there too.
Their stats are equally impressive:

• 4.97 overall rating
• Top 5% Airbnb hosts
One guest summed it up perfectly:
“Really beautiful property… Loved the overall feel of it.”
That’s how it’s done! 👏👏
2. Homes by Esh: Smashing Targets
A huge congratulations to Colin and his team at Homes by Esh, who embraced our showhome rental service and reaped the rewards in spectacular fashion.
This year, they sold all their tricky stock plots and even managed to triple their sales target in one weekend. It’s been a pleasure to see this partnership flourish—thank you, Colin, for trusting us with your vision.
3. Helen’s Cottage: From £170k to Full Asking Price
Helen’s beautifully staged, 170-year-old cottage hit the market in April. The pre-staged valuation was £165-170k. After staging, it went on at £180k and sold for full asking price within three weeks.
Even better? It was exchanged and completed without a hitch. Helen’s now a firm believer in staging, and I’m thrilled to be working with her again next month.
4. Ruki’s Budget-Friendly SA Transformation
First-time investor Ruki had a tight budget but a big vision for her Serviced Accommodation property. Together, we created a plan that maximised impact without breaking the bank:
• Decoration design
• A look book of ideas for her to source products herself
• Interior styling (including a half-day shopping trip!) to get the property photo-ready
The results? Her property’s revaluation met her expectations, and Ruki is already onto her next deal. I can’t wait to see where she’ll be in 10 years!
5. Back to my Staging for Sale Service.
Clients Dean & Nick were having no success selling their beautifully presented, spacious 4-bedroom property.
Why?! You might be thinking. Why is it so difficult to sell a gorgeous, generously proportioned property? What’s not to like?
Well, we found out exactly why in September when the property was staged. And yes—when it finally sold, just a few short weeks after going back on the market, it all made sense.
The couple who bought it had seen the empty property on Rightmove before but couldn’t visualise how to fill the house. It just seemed too big and overwhelming.
We dressed it. They understood it.
Bingo! It’s not magic. It’s about understanding what makes us humans tick.
